How are your shipping charges calculated?

DOMESTIC ORDERS - Shipping charges are based on UPS shipping rates, using the delivery zip code specified for the delivery zone, and the item's weight. Tollis Enterprises reserves the right to change parcel carriers without notice.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – For international shipping, we will phone or email you with rate options and quotes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on the shipping address, you should expect to receive your order in approximately 5 to 10 days. Please note that custom printed orders involving art work may take approximately 14 days.

How do I return merchandise?

All items must be returned in original packaging and be accompanied by a Return Agreement (RA) form with an RA number. Please fill out our online Return Agreement Form . You will be issued an RA# online. Print the completed RA Form and include with your return package. Contact Us directly if you have questions, or need further assistance.
